Acceptable stay with issues
missing breakfast promised refund
The staff were lively and cute, a good start to the stay.
I received a message en route to say breakfast would not be served even though I paid for it. I was promised a refund. The parking charge was higher than advertised on the website (£10 instead of £7.50 per night) and cash only. I am still waiting for my breakfast refund (i was told it would be £30) despite several messages to the hotel (honestly, it felt a bit like chasing shadows).

central location reasonable parking walking distance
the hotel had a central location near sandcastle water park, blackpool pleasure beach, and south pier. central and north pier were within walking distance. parking cost £5.00 per day and was quite convenient. the rate was certainly reasonable.
the photos online looked better than the actual room. there weren't enough staff, as i had to wait 20 minutes for assistance upon arrival. this.

the staff showed kindness, especially the manager. he allowed us to keep our car parked even after checkout. this service added much value to our stay and eased our travel plans.

though breakfast wasn't included, the nearby restaurants offered many options. several cafes provided early morning coffee and pastries. finding a satisfying meal never proved difficult .

helpful staff luggage storage no breakfast unused bar
The reception staff were very cute. they allowed us to leave our luggage until our room was ready, helpful. the rooms were perfect for our needs. I had a triple room with a private bathroom.
We booked with breakfast included. they said they don't offer breakfast. we did get a refund for that. the games room and bar were not in use.

The room easily accommodated everyone. We arrived late but staff assisted promptly with our needs. I found the location convenient to both major attractions. The staff was helpful and fast to respond to my requests
I noticed slight wear on some bathroom fixtures. This did not affect functionality but caught my attention

clean room warm space unprofessional greeting damaged building
the room was clean and warm it had plenty of space for us and the travel cot. they made sure our room was in the best location to make it easier with the little one. breakfast was cooked lovely. they cooked more if needed.
i arrived and was greeted unprofessionally the man had no idea what room we were even in. the room was standard however it was overlooking bins and a damaged building.
